These are FIRE hot & so delicious. The final product was kind of dark. It was already getting dark outside by the time I finished. Also, I was talking a little loud at the beginning. *Sorry* Hot Wings : -Bag of hot wings (uncooked) -Frank’s redhot Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce -Olive Oil -Pan for oven -Pot or Deep Fryer for stovetop -Barbeque Tongs -Olive Oil Spray Preheat Oven to 375 degrees. Heat Oil on stovetop on about medium high heat.
NOTE: The Carb Ballance tortillas are 7 carbs net. So if you don’t deduct for fiber they are higher. Set your deep fryer to 360 degrees (I wasn’t real clear about this in the video) This video teaches you how to make a low carb chimichanga (fried burrito). The carb count is between 8 -15 net grams of carbohydrates depending on how much of the toppings you use. All the ingredients were purchased at walmart so nothing too unusual here.
